The Role

The Legal Ops Lead owns legal operations end-to-end — the single point of contact for Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, HR, and every other department that needs an agreement created, vetted, or closed.

This is a build-and-run role. Today, this scope sits largely with an External Consultant. Your mandate is to take stock of every agreement, build the repository and process that should have existed from day one, and bring the work in-house — so Beyond depends on external counsel only for genuine bandwidth overflow, not by default.

Above all, you exist to protect Beyond's interests without slowing the business down — drafting clauses from Beyond's point of view that close deals faster, not clauses that win an argument but lose the deal.
