The Role

The Corporate FP&A Lead owns company-level financial planning and analysis — the AOP, forecasts, and estimates that leadership plans against, the P&L from CM3 down to PAT, and the cash and runway that keep Beyond funded to grow.

This is a company-wide role that works directly with the Head of Finance and every corporate and support function. You will slice performance by category, channel, and geography; convert variances into corrective action; and bring a strategic finance lens to every major decision — new sub-channels, category bets, and changes to the AOP — so leadership knows exactly how the P&L and cash flow will move before they commit.

Your mandate is to make Corporate FP&A the function leadership turns to first when a decision has a number attached to it.
