The Role

The AR Executive supports the AR Lead in running Beyond's Accounts Receivable function day-to-day — working with Sales on collections, driving invoice collection as per agreed Inco terms, and keeping every invoice and collection accurately booked on Zoho Books.

This is a hands-on execution role under the AR Lead, within Fin Ops. You will be the AR point of contact for the Sales department, working within the process the AR Lead builds and governs.

Your mandate is disciplined, accurate execution — every collection applied correctly and on time, so cash and debtors balances are never overstated.

Reporting & Interfaces

Reports to: AR Lead (Fin Ops Controller > AR Lead > AR Executive)

Internal Interfaces: Sales and other requesting departments; AR Lead; Fin Ops Controller

External Interfaces: Customers (for collections and reconciliation), Banks (collection confirmation)

What You'll Own

1. AR Point of Contact & Stakeholder Support

• Work with Sales and other departments as the AR POC, under the Fin Ops Controller > AR Lead reporting line
• Respond to and resolve day-to-day customer and departmental collection queries

1. Collections & Inco Term Adherence

• Drive collection of AR invoices as per agreed Inco terms
• Ensure adherence to defined Inco terms for every customer and invoice

1. Accounting Accuracy

• Ensure correct and timely accounting of invoices, collections, and collection-applications by invoice on Zoho Books
• Keep supporting documentation complete and organised for every invoice and collection

1. Cash & Debtors Integrity

• Ensure no collection remains unaccounted, so cash and debtors balances are never overstated
