The Role

The AP Lead owns the entire Accounts Payable function — the single point of contact for Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and every other department that depends on vendor payments getting done right and on time.

This is a hands-on controllership role under the Fin Ops Controller. You will run a disciplined weekly payment cycle, keep the vendor master and AP books on Zoho Books clean and current, and ensure Beyond never pays a vendor twice, late without reason, or without the right checks in place.

Your mandate is to make Accounts Payable a function departments trust without needing to double-check — accurate, on time, well-documented, and fully compliant.
